3. Compliance: Users must follow TRAI, WhatsApp, and email marketing guidelines. DND regulations must be followed.
4. Payment Terms: Services are prepaid. No refunds once services are activated.
5. Service Availability: We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of Liability: Marg Media is not responsible for message delivery failures due to network issues.
7. Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend accounts if terms are violated or payment is overdue.
8. Intellectual Property: All materials created by Marg Media remain our property.
9. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of campaign data.
10. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of India; jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
